4. Disclaimer of Warranty
4.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty, expressed or implied.
4.2 T.Pro does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
4.3 T.Pro does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the Service.
4.4 Any reliance on the Service or its content is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 In no event shall T.Pro or its directors, officers, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
5.2 T.Pro shall not be liable for any damages, liabilities, or losses resulting from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

6. Termination
6.1 T.Pro may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
6.2 Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you by T.Pro will immediately cease.

7. Changes to the Agreement
7.1 T.Pro reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
7.2 Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on the T.Pro website or notifying you through other reasonable means.
7.3 By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which T.Pro operates.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts in the same jurisdiction.

By using the T.Pro Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from accessing or using the Service.
